Our face-coverings are custom-made to order. We will notify you to inform you that we are starting to make your face covering. Under the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’, you may reject your order and return it to us within 14 days of receipt only if the item is faulty. Due to the current Coronovirus Pandemic this means that the contents of the packaging remain untouched and safe for our Returns Team to process. In all other circumstances, face coverings and are non-returnable.
Under the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’, you may reject your order and return it to us within 14 days of receipt even if the item is faulty. The returns address will be included on the paperwork with your order.
- Refunds will be made to the payment method you used on the original order. Please note, this may take between 5-10 working days to appear from the date that you receive the refund confirmation email.
- If you claim a refund on 2 or more orders, without returning the item(s), we are entitled to suspend deliveries to you and/or to your address.
Please be aware we cannot refund items that were sold as faulty, unless the item develops a new and distinct fault from the one originally advertised.
